By booking and participating in our photography courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Course Availability & Booking

• Courses are offered on a 1-to-1 basis and must be booked in advance.

• Availability is subject to change, and sessions are confirmed only upon full payment.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather). In such cases, an alternative date will be offered.
   

2. Pricing & Payments

• Course prices may change at any time without prior notice.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your session.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation by You:

  • If you cancel more than 7 days before the course, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel within 7 days, no refund will be issued, but you may reschedule (subject to availability).

  • No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.

• Cancellation by Us:

  • If we cancel a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
     

4. Equipment Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for their own equipment (cameras, tripods, batteries, etc.).

• We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment during the course.

• If our equipment (e.g., loaned cameras or accessories) is damaged due to negligence or misuse, you may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
   

5. Course Content & Conduct

• Course content may be adjusted based on skill level and learning pace.

• Participants must follow safety instructions and respect private/public property during practical sessions.

• We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if a participant behaves inappropriately or disruptively.
   

6. UK GDPR & Data Protection

• We adhere to UK GDPR regulations and handle your personal data with the utmost professionalism.

• What We Collect: Name, contact details, payment information (processed securely).

• How We Use It: Only for course administration, communication, and service improvement.

• Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties (e.g., retailers, marketers).

• Your Rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
   

7. Agreement & Changes

• By booking a course, you confirm acceptance of these terms.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of any changes.
